I would love to attend, but I will not only be spending the day in Corona dressed as a pirate and selling swords and other weapons of medieval destruction but I have to run a film at UC Irvine that night....I won't have any Saturdays free until mid-June..

There was a few TV shows filmed there. It was said they were working on a pilot for another show. We just redid one of the towers before the new year.

so, i needed to get a room in vegas.... henderson, specifically....
and there's cheap rooms.... but i thought.... i wonder what hotwire had up
in henderson, nv...?

4 stars for $103 a night..... in henderson... how many 4 stars can there be

Lake Las Vegas.... at least it's still in nevada... i think.... :D only fourteen miles
from the meeting place, as the econoline flies....

last time i stayed in vegas, it was also lakeside.... but it was bellagio....:cool:

Never been there, but I wouldn't go so far as to say the Bellagio is 'lakeside'. If Caterpillars, Vermeers, Komatsus, JCBs and the like dug the hole, I don't call it a lake. Not no way, not no how.

But hey, that's just me........ enjoy tomorrow! We'll all be thinking about you and looking forward to a 14-page, single-spaced 10-pt. report.

it qualifies as a lake.... 'cause you have to pay more to get a room overlooking it.

a sewage treatment plant has "lakes" made with the same equipment, but
you don't have to pay extra for a room overlooking them, therefore, they
cannot be a lake.... :D

it's a week from tomorrow......

as for a 14 page report, why don't i just post the number of the police
report instead? will that do?

truth be told, i can be kinda boring... something that i've wanted to do,
and will probably eat up saturday morning, is take the in depth tour of
hoover dam... it takes about 3 hours to do it right, they say.
