I have about 140ft of buried 2" conduit with 4/0-4/0-2/0 URD from the utility that needs to be repurposed and turned into a feeder. So I will have to pull in a ground wire. I am pretty sure we'll have to pull all of it out and pull back in with the ground but I wanted to run it by all you first.

Any chance of getting the ground wire in without pulling old service wires out first? I cannot think of a method that I'd have confidence in working but I haven't been at this that long either. Thanks.

if it is "triplexed" conductors, which from your description I assume it is, it probably pulls back in easier if you twist that EGC into the assembly and no it probably does not pull in with original conductors already in place either.
