Existing space with new walls going up. Looking at these arch drawings seems like you would need to sleeve or run the raceway before the wall goes up.

1. Electrical roughing would happen prior walls going up correct? SO then just would need to firestop?

Looks like standard wall construction. From a cost perspective you'll probably want to run the conduit before the walls of up. It would then be fire or draft stopped after the walls were finished. What does the contract say about this? Often the taper seals around the conduits when the wall has no need for a fire rating.

Ok how about MC cable? Same? Run beforehand?

What exactly do you mean about how does the contract read? Regarding what?
