Sorry, I am more in to personal responsibility. Coffee is hot. Always has been. I'd bet it wasn't that lady's first time getting a McDonalds coffee either. The ideal temperature to drink coffee is 120 to 140 degrees. The brewing temp is 195 degrees. I would expect coffee to be ANYWHERE between those temps when served. The woman SPILLED the coffee. If McDonalds had poured it in her lap, I would agree.

The full context of the case showed McDonald's knew there was a problem and did nothing about it. They were irresponsible, tin eared, big corporation scum bags. The woman who was burned didn't sue MacDonalds for a million dollars, it was the jury that came up with that.

FWIW, I would never pick up hot coffee from a driveup window. I would almost certainly spill it on myself.

noticed the main breaker showed signs of
arcing at one time not arcing now everything working fine.

FWIW, I have seen that before, older EATON 100A panel, that main breaker spot actually has the stabs half removed so you can't install a breaker back to back with the main.
However the panel cover will have 2 unused KO's there, the one I saw a handyman had jammed a breaker on there and it was arcing.

A lot of the McDonald's and Hardee's around here encourages seniors to come and hang out for breakfast.
