Elevator companies will give you more assistance than you want.

Do you have any specs? Is this just a ADA compliance issue for vertical accessibility?

How high do you need to go? Does it have to be ambulatory?

it is 2-story office buldg in LA, CA
Maximum 20' elevation to go up...

Here in Florida anything <35ft does not have to be ambulatory (ambulatory = you can get a stretcher and some EMS guys in there).

For ADA you only need a chair lift.

If you're not lifting anything heavy, your specs will just be whatever the client specifies.

You can contact any elevator company and tell them what power you have available and they'll help you out.
