Hmmm....25+ years in trade and every 3 way system I've dealt with has a neutral in there somewhere. Just remake a few wires and voila!
Insteon only needs a hot and neutral to work and a switch leg/load at one end. Then you link them, can install single poles in multiple rooms and link them and make in essence a 4 way system anywhere in home.
I have installed them in Master Bedrooms and linked them to exterior lights and given my customers a panic switch.
