320amp meterbase

Not exactly what you're asking for but I have a 400 amp sqd ring type meter main with two 200A breakers one breaker feeds a built in 30/40 loadcenter section and the other breaker has a set of lugs. Model SU3040D400CN
 
Sounds like these 320a meter bases are a real problem.. Doing projects in different states. I figure a 400 amp service can go either way for utilities. I’ve had to fight two utility companies in the last two weeks to let the contractor use a CT cabinet because they couldn’t get a self contained meter base. They said the load wasn’t high enough…..I think I heard from someone it’s because the utility is having a hard time getting CTs , not sure if that’s true. …they also were clear I could not use future loads to justify it. ….First time I’m going to have to start sharpening my pencil to get the load up, not down, to try to help the situation.
