4 unit condo

It seems that one can install the main service with all 4 of the discos at one end of the building.
And then run the SER through the other buildings to feed the now sub panels for each of the units.
Is this right, or am I missing something?

Is it a single building or is it multiple buildings?

Rated partitions can effectively make multiple buildings within a single structure - penetrations between those partitions can be an issue with building codes.

No specific NEC issue, but as kwired said, potential building codes issue. Also potential legal issue if one person's feeder runs through another person's unit without an easment.

If they are true condos then each tenant only owns whats inside the 4 walls & floor to ceiling. The attic space is common as well as the crawl space if applicable.
