80 circuit panel?

I am not following you here, I bet they will make panels with as many spaces as will sell.

What I mean by this is the manufacturers will have constraints on the installation of CB's on the different panelboards they will be selling. I believe there are going to be many different configurations based on the needs and the sale- with the manufacturer making much $$$ from the different sales.
