ac disconnect and outside faucet

looking for area of code that would tell distance required from a air condensing unit disconnect to the exterior water faucet bib. any ideas anyone?

If the hose bib is adjacent to the disconnect (not in front of), I can't think of any requirement.

Unless the ahj is being a pain 110.26 might be his out sucks huh

I know those safety-minded pesky inspectors can be a pain sometimes. This is probably the one he is trying to make fit in this example. Would this be a "stretch"?

110.26(F)(2) Outdoor. Outdoor electrical equipment shall be installed in suitable enclosures and shall be protected from accidental contact by unauthorized personnel, or by vehicular traffic, or by accidental spillage or leakage from piping systems. The working clearance space shall include the zone described in 110.26(A). No architectural appurtenance or other equipment shall be located in this zone.

The A/C crew will probably set the unit right in front of the disconnect anyway, then the faucet issue will be moot.
