Any good education on flat rate pricing out there? I'm sick of spinning my wheels with t&m. Ellen Rohr has opened my eyes. Seems like she wrote "Where did the money go?" for me.
well, you are in the right place.... there is a fellow on here who does a flat rate system, and it seems
pretty spiffy. you subscribe to it, it's a monthly fee. i was all in for it, but my work is weird enough
that i don't know if it'd be a good fit, or i'm weird enough.. one or the other.
i have a couple of ongoing commercial accounts i do T&M on, but you couldn't bid it, and they
trust me not to cheat them.
everything else is flat rate... how much do i want to walk away with in my pocket when this is done?
do ellen's "weekend biz plan". this weekend would be a good one. first comes the biz plan.
you aim before you pull the trigger.
