Roughly how many man hours do you think it would take 2 journeyman level to rough and trim a 1000 sq ft basement? 9 can lights everything else basic to code. No sub -panel needed.

What do company's on avg charge per hour for Journeyman

Here in Colorado Residential electricians make roughly $30 per hour

Everything open, no obstructions, first in no other mechanical in place? How many interior walls? Framed out exterior walls? Typical minimal basement or becoming basement apt., or just a finished basement/ family room? Is the laundry moving down into space? Is a bath getting added? Roughing in for future use, Or just looking bare minimum, if so why cans?
Or are you asking just to string your lights? If so why 2 Jman?

Also, how far away is the panel and how easy will it be to get the home runs to the panel? If its right on the basement wall close by, then I am going to throw out a wild guess. Maybe 8 man hours.
