And how many people are electricuted in toilets, I'm terribly sorry, but :grin::grin::grin::grin:

We MUST protect the "Tidy Bowl Man"

I like the proposed change for Bathroom definition from ...??? I forget, but I ay ANY of the following Toilet, Basin, Tub, etc.

Water + Electricity = Bad Hair Day

Never underestimate the ingenuity of stupid people.

i can't imagine why someone would need a receptacle in a room with just a toilet unless it has at least a mirror. I'd put a gfci in anyway because whatever they're plugging in they should have better protection.

Many people carry portable medical equipment with them. Nebulizers come to mind.

never underestimate the ingeniuty of the human mind. Cold bathroom..1200 watt portable heater, avaialble outlet in toilet room..cord under door, heater next to tub...problem sloved.!

We better GFI bedroom receptacles too.

I think electricity is getting way too dangerous to even try to use safely, plus, we'll save a lot a money if it's made completely illegal. Uh oh, it'll probably just get more expensive because of the black market, Shoot  just try to win.

Nothing wrong with safer. I think they day will come sooner or later where a standard breaker will have GFCI + AFCI protection built in auto.

I have a GFCI protected receptacle behind every toilet in the house. I enjoy a nice heated toilet seat in the winter.:D

Hopefully long after I'm gone

I think I understand your attitude. New technology seems to be shuned because it is new and some times appears to have glitches.
I know guys that think GFCI is a curse word because a thousand years ago they had a lot of trouble with them. Don't worry... us "less seasoned" guys will embrace the technology and be glad we're safer.
