Be aware that when these modular companies receive final payment from owner thats it, getting any info from them is like pulling teeth.

Also before you start repairing factory wiring problems try to get written permission from manufacturer, opening up their work may void warranties and turn into legal issues if there is a problem down the road.

My home was installed on site in 12/00. Came with 24 mo. warranty. They were back the following summer (at my request) to patch walls from settling and replace a door, a window and the dish washer. no charge. I contacted them last week about the roof. He asked me to send pictures. 25 yr shingles curling at 8 years. Expect to hear from him soon, as he did not send me to the shingle manuf. Not all modular home manuf. are disreputable. Just my personal experience.
