Buck and boost for backup power system

Am a licensed Extra class amateur radio operator, and involved with Emergency Services, providing state and national communications as needed. My radio system uses 1.325 kilowatt amplifier as needed. My backup power is solar, driving a bank of large acid batteries, weighing about 140 pounds total, and of Norwegian manufacture, so cannot get replacements. The bank consists of 10 x 1.2 volt cells, and one cell is bad. I can use the original 12 volt output either as DC, but prefer to convert to AC, except the current output power is now 109.2 volts. While the reduced AC voltage will drive a lot of equipment including lights, etc., I am reluctant to use reduced power on sensitive and expensive radios, amplifiers and analyzers. Need some help on the size of the boost transformer I need, to increase the current low output of the existing 2000 watt inverter. Using the reduced output DC voltage from the bank is not an option, as it would damage radios!!

Reluctant to buy a set of marine batteries, build an entire new system.
