Building only has 240 Single phase but I need 3 phase at 208 for testing gear

I'm looking for a economical way to test my racks and chain motors..only my chain motors really require true 3 phase but I'd like to have a service to just tie in my 3 phase distro's...since it's only for testing I could
get by with say a 30 amp service....
