Guys, when using these for EMT is the complete fitting used or just the plug? Thanks,

You have to use both parts. Both plug and receiver (?) are a matched taper... and the receiver is knurled to grip the cable.

BTW, the product picture is only listed for use with RMC/IMC.

In the heading it says EMT.
:slaphead: You are correct.

I should read all of the information before making such statements. I saw the section label on the left edge of the page and read the first feature, and drew an errant conclusion. The header and second to last feature confirm the product can be used with EMT. Sorry about that.

NP, thanks.

Back to this for a minute guys. So the body and plug are always used together? There's no instance where the plug only would be used?

The plug has to be squeezed closed by downward pressure. That requires the matching taper of the body.
Anything else would either bind or let the plug slip down.

According to the listing this is another dumb example of a fitting that can be only used with RMC and IMC even though it will work just fine with EMT. This is the only type that we use 99% of the time and almost always with EMT.
