Would camper/RV calculations and/or requirements apply to a portable hearing test booth?

We have portable MRI scanners that travel between rural hospitals here. Far from anything found in 550 or 551 IMO.;)

Pin and sleeve connector rated 200 amps 277/480 volts are used to supply them. I feel sorry for the guy that has to drag the supply cable and plug it in, who is usually the truck driver, as well as the person that escorts patients in/out of the unit and does other miscellaneous tasks while the unit is at a site.

The use of it makes no difference

The manufacturing label is what determines which NEC article applies.
Or with no label or other designation, I would think we revert back to the general rules of chapters 1-4. The fact it is mobile allows us to use a flexible cord as the power supply conductors. Otherwise Ch 1-4 apply as a general rule. Ch 5 and 6 only come into play if we have a special application covered in there, and even then we still have ch 1-4 as a base and only modify those if there is something in 5 or 6 that allows it.
