The listed breaker size is lower than the MCA.

For one there is max fuse and max breaker which are very different. Why? The entire label is bizarre to me.

A lot of mini splits are ETL certified. That label looks like it's Canadian and US acceptable

I’ll have to look up the exact section in article 430, but max fuse size for motors is quite a bit larger than max breaker size, depending on the type of fuse.

Non-time delay 300%, Time delay 175%, Circuit breaker 250%.

I forgot about that table. But doesn't that mean the fuse should be less than the breaker-- assuming time delay

I got confused. It’s instantaneous trip CBs that can go up to 800%, or 1100 for design E. Thanks.
