Chiropractor, 517.13?

IMHO a chiropractors office and exam rooms are a health care facility.

Here's the update. I met the good doctor today and he told me that indeed they do use electrically powered equipment on the patients. I also got a complete set of plans that specifically notes 517.13 for the exam rooms. This EE shares Chris's opinion.

These people are not doctors.

They attend the same Med schools as Doctors, what else would they be?

No they do not. They are not medical doctors and can not proscribe medications. They are frequently supervised by a DO, Doctor of Osteopathy. They are closer to a phyical therapist than a Medical Doctor. I have been seeing one for 10 years.
