If the insulation of a class 2 wire is rated at 600 volts, can it be in the same conduit as a class 1 wire?

Some people will refer to 330.3(C)(1) and think that the insulation rating is the key. As Don has posted, 725.55 is where you will find your answer. Read to understand, not for speed.
