Im looking at a set of plans with two commercial buildings on the same property approximatly 30 feet apart. Building A has two meter stacks mounted on it ( one for building A and one for building B ). Question # 1 Is this acceptable per code? And # 2 If it is since this B is a seperate structure would I have to supply a ground at every subpanel in building B ?

I see a possible 225.32 violation.

I think that the second building would clearly be in violation of 225.30, as it would have multiple feeders, so it seems.

your exemption:

"The disconnecting means may be located remotely from the electrical equipment it serves or at the nearest point of entry of the feeder conductors into the building if the facility has qualified persons to maintain the installation along with established and maintained documented safe switching procedures".

Is this a possibility friday?

Even if the feeders pass through the building? You just put a disconnecting means in the first building, then the feeder passes to the second.

I understand what you are saying,, just throwing out a hypothetical.
