conductor sizing for sub-panel

Dennis what would it say? What do you mean by dual rated?
I haven't purchased the wire yet so maybe I should buy dual rated?

Some USE cables are rated both for indoor and outdoor. I think use-2 may be one of them. It would probably have an xhhw insulation as well as another type.

I don't use USE so someone else may chime in.
 
Oh yeah. That's because the lugs or breaker terminals will not be rated for 90C right?
I was jumping the gun because USE-2 is rated for 100 amps at #2
