There shouldn't be anything else that can factor in to make the chart void ?

And wire fill can be up to 60% per Chapter 9 Notes to Tables(4).

Just covering all bases, the 24" "exception" is under conductor, it would be rare but ambient adjustment would still apply I believe.

Agree, ambient temp adjustments still would apply.

Keep in mind the exception to 310.15(A)(2) could possibly come into play in some situations and you may not need to make the adjustment.
