When you connect bust duct to a breaker in a piece of gear does the copper bus on the bus duct connect to the cooper bus in the gear? No wire connections? Sorry I can't change the title....I see the spelling errors.

One manufacturer of flexible bus links. They are available in both braided and laminated copper sheets. Most of the ones I have installed have been of the laminated type. There are a number of manufacturers and custom configurations are available. Below is an example of a custom connection.

You can connect busway direct to switchboards or switchgear, but often requires a long lead time flange.

We often use a busway cable tap box on the end and transition to conductors for the last few feet from the ceiling down to the SWBD bus.
