we do a lot of custom work for wealthy clients alongside service work for mom and pop businesses and small residential. although our mark up does not vary hugely from one job to another, the nature of the work we will suggest to a client varies with our appraisal of their needs and desires. we do not charge client "a" more than client "b" for the same service as a rule, but we may do our best to enlarge the scope of work where we perceive there is room. this process is intended not only to further our business goals, but also to ensure that clients with resources make the appropriate investment in their project [ie buy better quality, more feature-rich systems].

the loyalty of our design-build clientele is proof that this approach works.
