Okay the you don’t need to run 60 amp—— you have feeders you can just run 30 amps circuits if that’s all you need.The meterpak takes 30A QO’s, but I think 230.79 or something similar is where the inspector is coming from. I didn’t feel like arguing with him as he’s pretty knowledgeable, seemed to be an electrical contractor in the past. There’s already a main fused disconnect for all 11 meters.

This has really got me thinking. So even though each breaker is the first disconnect after the meter, so technically each one seems like it is a “service” disconnect, it really isn’t?
