Sounds like a qc issue from factory if it seats on different stab but not the first onebreaker could not 'seat' on both noodle and hot properly Fred ,changed the breaker for new, same thing, abandoned the location and moved the breaker to another location.

Normally would agree until I've heard all these reports of SD mains self re-energize or failing to actually shut off when pulling handle to "off".I’m a huge fan of Square D panels. Personally I feel like they are built better.

Then what comes of the receipt? Menards honors it, too?HD will also match Menards 11% rebate as long as there is a Menards within the same vicinity as the HD you make the purchase at.
It’s really easy - just go online and enter your receipt number. They send you a gift card for the rebate.

that, and the fact that noodle buss configuration is essentially 30-40 more potentially bad connections under full load in that style panel(s) ~RJ~Sounds like a qc issue from factory if it seats on different stab but not the first one
