What is that?

I thought it was a hand hole but it is dry and no hand holes are dry. :wink:


Here is what a hand hole looks like, there would be snow around it but the boiling water from the 480 volt splices kept it melted back.

Wow. Are there joints in there? I can't see them. What type of connectors are in there?

An old guy that runs another crew at our company uses primer.
Cleaner, pause, primer, pause, glue, pause, duct tape, drop it in!

Here in Georgia we now are required to have a soil conservation card holder on the job site before the first shovel of dirt (or sand for you Chris!) is turned. I have heard of some municpalities requiring it to drive a ground rod.
