Attached pdf #13 is general duty switch feeding new trailer 80 feet away from #10 panelboard. #13 is fed from #10 panelboard on unistrut. The trailer and unistruts are two separate structure/building so #13 is grounded. My question is does #13 have to be fused or non fused disconnect per NEC 2014?

What is your logic for fuses?

What is your logic for no fuses?

Think about this for a sec.

And trailers are covered in 550.
Well new state approved trailer is totally new building so i would imagine some sort of main overcurrent protection for the trailer maybe required but I am not sure if it is or if anywhere in NEC fused disconnect is reqd for my situation.

Are you going to attempt to answer my questions?

Did you look in 550?

You gotta put a little effort into this also.

Nec 550.11 (A) single disconnecting means shall be provided in each mobile home consisting of circuit breaker or switch and fuses. However Nec 550.4(A) says mobile home not intended as dewelling units shall not be reqd to meet provision of this article pertaning to number or capacity of circuits. It shall meet all other applicable requirement of this article if install intended from 120V or 120/240V. I have service to the state approved trailer of 120/208V three phase. So I am not sure if 550.11 applies or not.

Keep in mind there is a possibility Art 545 applies. The simple word "trailer" can lead you into various Code possibilities,

You have a service or a feeder? Important distinction here.

Where is the power source? PoCo or panel?

So the feeder to the disco is protected, correct?

Is the feeder from the disco to building protected with or without fuses? or both? What would fuses do or not do?
Yes feeder cable to the state approved trailer disco is protected by feeder circuit breaker in the panel labeled #10 in pdf post #1 but that panel is on unistrut and 80 feet away on separate structure.

And so are fuses needed or not?

Would the feeder conductors be protected from the breaker through the disco to the remote building without fuses?
That I am not sure 80 feet away other bldg would feeder cables still be protected or another overcurrent protection needed?

Again with the 80 feet. Why would this matter in this scenario?
Would over current protection protect cable 80 feet away? Is their any req in NEC to provide fuse disco in my secenario? 550.11 says at readily accessible location 80 feet feeder circuit breaker readily accessible.
