GEC size may vary?

Just want to check my thinking here. Depending on how a service is configured, the same size service may have a different size gec per 250.66.

Example: 400 amp service, one service disconnect, 500kcmil, = 1/0cu gec per 250.66.

(2)200 amp disconnects, 3/0 - 167800kcmil x 2 = 335600. 350kcmil = #2cu gec per 250.66

Buck you thinking,math, method and sizing are correct.Useing table 8 & 250.66
