Generator conductors.

I have a 20kw Generator, 100 amp breaker on unit. When Sizing my conductors to my service rated transfer switch can I use 310-15(B)(6)? Or do I need to use 310-16 ampacity ratings?

I don't wire generators but if it carries the entire load of the dwelling then I would thin 310.15(B)(6) would apply.

I don't know the answer with load shedding. I would not think it mattered as the load could never be higher then without the shedding.
