When install a new transfer switch on existing service, must I now go inside the distribution panel and remove MBJ and relocate it to the transfer switch and then install 4 wire feeder to panel??

Where is your main service disconnect?

Right now inthe MDP but if I install a service rated transfer switch it will be there.

It should be located in the transfer switch if that is your first means of disconnect.
Don't forget to separate the grounds and neutrals in your panels inside.
