Wages are low here but then so is the cost of living.That and the warmer weather.Now if i was to live in NY then i too would need double money.
There are a lot of states and towns where one can live cheap.

As I was out for a few days, I couldn't respond until now.
I think that you knew what the comment was about, as did those who responded.
As I said before, I made a mental note on your previos post, and quite frankly, I would not directly help you with any problem or question that you ask.
If someone else posts a similar question that I respond to and you are able to use that knowledge, that's out of my control.
Furthermore, to help you with a bid when you undertake (IMO) in unethical practices would possibly be taking food out of the mouth of someone who deserves to do the work or at least have the chance to bid against you.
As far as the name calling, I've been called every name in the book, none of which affect me. One name I'm sure that you'll not call me is mentor.

I don't think Luke is full of himself because he wouldn't lie to a customer and an inspector about what is being installed. I think instead, that he's a credit to our profession.

I have a question. If you get an offer to bid on a job from a builder what would your order of steps be simply to finish the job from there, say you get it. Starting with, who pulls the permit you or the builder? How many inspections are there service, rough, and final or what?
