Ground Rod Remote

I read that as the trany and panel are at the main structure and the equipment is by itself 190' away. I don't see that as needing a ground rod.

A person can install one if it makes them feel better about it, but yes not required.

Are you running a grounded or ungrounded secondary (system).
Choose one and than apply NEC. It always want to find a way home.
Look at 250.30 (B) if ungrounded.
(A)for grounded system.
(B) for ungrounded system.
