I have a 24x24 box 15 conduits coming in and 15 conduits going out, from what I understand all grounds have to be tied together, how would you tie 31 grounds together? Just do three or four at a time and loop all the wires together with jumper wires?,

Is it a metallic box? If I'm not mistaken and if I am someone will correct me.. you don't have to bond the box or splice all grounds together if there are no splices in that box. Meaning the conductors just go through it like a pull point.

True, but if you do need to connect them I would use a grounding bar like what is typical for panelboards.

If it is "Bonding" the enclosure just once with the largest EGC. But if ALL of the EGC get cut at that enclosure then use a grounding bar as suggested.

Installing 30 individual ground screws or lugs to the box would be compliant as well, the ground bar idea is faster and looks like you knew what you were doing though.

Do all of the EGC's in the box have to be spliced in the box the OP is referring to?

JAP.

Not if the conductors to which they are associated are pulled through without splice or termination.

So if just 2 of the 30 EGC's in the box are spliced do "All" of the EGC's in the box need to be spliced together and bonded to the box or just the 2 and a bond to the box and the others can pass through ?

That was going to be my next question

If all of them have to be spliced and a bond brought to the box just because there may be the need for a splice in just a couple of the EGC's, then, I'm back to my original question of what's the point of this rule.

The latter, if I remember the previous threads correctly.
