Grounding 24x24 box

to be clear...

I’ve seen many an install where 10 pipes in and 10 pipes out of 4” conduit with 500’s and 1/0 grounds that were spliced that were not bonded to the box at al. Are you saying that these installs were wrong?

To take a tail of 1/0 off each splice and bring it to the housing of the box by either a lug or a ground bar will not be easy. And will look terrible. Does anyone have a photo of one they did?

You would only need one tail . Maybe best to mount some sort of buss bar inside and terminate to that I think that would look alot better

Mounting said bus bar directly to enclosure is sufficient for bonding to the enclosure - painted enclosure would need to have paint removed at contact point.

No one ever said making something code compliant was easy.
As for as looking terrible, that would all depend on the workmanship of the install , and the caliber of whoever is looking at it.
