I’ve seen many an install where 10 pipes in and 10 pipes out of 4” conduit with 500’s and 1/0 grounds that were spliced that were not bonded to the box at al. Are you saying that these installs were wrong?

You would only need one tail . Maybe best to mount some sort of buss bar inside and terminate to that I think that would look alot betterTo take a tail of 1/0 off each splice and bring it to the housing of the box by either a lug or a ground bar will not be easy. And will look terrible. Does anyone have a photo of one they did?
Mounting said bus bar directly to enclosure is sufficient for bonding to the enclosure - painted enclosure would need to have paint removed at contact point.You would only need one tail . Maybe best to mount some sort of buss bar inside and terminate to that I think that would look alot better
