HDMI cable behind wall?

wow I did not read entire post it is long one..you can use PVC pipe and take a cutting blade in a 4'' or 41/2" grinder and cut the PVC length wise use screw driver to expand and insert cable..can do the same on sweeps..you will have box on each end you can silicone the cut or PVC glue..when it comes time to change cable and cables are smaller you can cut off one end and pull in new cables..problem solved..what are the regulations on HDMI cables in conduit can you show me a code section covering speaker wiring with modular jacks..I know of none..If the conduit is not for electrical does it have to meet electrical standards??you could run it in water PVC for all anyone cares..
