Heat Manager

ok bob stabilize is the wrong term what it is becoming is the aqua stat..it takes the temp via a pipe reading and then it determines the appropiate temp and then turns the boiler on at that temp..it takes the normal 10 to 15 degree temp split on the aqua stat and turns it into what ever temp it determines is mathmaticly correct..the output of the aqua stat still opens at what ever it is set at but when it closes the heat master will not allow the output to trigger the burner until the temp it (heat master) determines is correct temp to fire at..so the heat master is controling (not stabilizing) the water temp..

if it does fail in the closed position and then the aqua stat just takes over and all efficiency is gone and home owner will not know it failed

I agree, that could happen.

if the heat master can close at any temp then it could open at any temp as well as long as it is not greater then the opening temp set by the aqua stat..so do they tell you to set the aqua stat at a certain temp..and then let the controller manipulate it..I did not read that..
