I've already trid that. I still only start with an image that's 320x240 pixels. Enlarging it only enlarges the pixels. It's the same as putting my nose to the screen.

You will have to re-sample. If your picture viewer won't do it automatically, use your picture editor to re-sample the image, then you can see what everybody else sees.

You can do this in MS Paint using Stretch & Skew at 5X per stretch.

Windows Picture and Fax Viewer will resample on the fly, just like the Explorer zoom.

Take a look at the bottom left breaker, unless my bad eyes deceive me, it's also 3-phase and has only one white conductor on it!

I maintain two radio transmitter sites in small towns. Both have 3-phase 4W delta service (one is even open-delta  ) Both were wired by licensed EC's. Neither site had the high leg identified.

In IE7, right-click in the open space to the right of the tabs. Make sure Status Bar is checked. The zoom tool will appear.

Don't bother any more. I don't use IE anyway, and I'm not going to update it just to view 3 pictures. I launched it, and I don't have any 'tabs'.

For the sake of human life and property.. I would RAT this out to the local AHJ asap. These aren't mere technical violations, these are SEVERE.
NO Electrician did that work.
