High Frequency Noise/"Dirty Electricity"

Using a many turn calibrated coil with a calibration constant of 20*f/60 millivolts/Gauss and assuming only 60 Hz magnetic fields, then I generally read about 1 to 2 milligauss for my residual field intensity. The 60 Hz field could be lower if the field has high frequency components. My resolution is 0.5 milligauss.

I just can't resist.......

In 2005 MIT did a study on the usefulness of tin foil helmets with regards to minimizing or eliminating intrusive/mid controlling radio transmissions. It was determined that frequencies that were restricted for use by the government actually amplified or focused the offending transmissions. So, if you are going to wear a tin foil hat, you will almost certainly become a "tool of the government and industry too" (Frank Zappa, I'm the slime).
