Re: How Does It Works?

Title this one "Best thread ever"! Seriously you couldn't make this stuff up. Trying to electrocute fish with a magneto crank phone or whatever it is. I love it.

Re: How Does It Works?

Yes it will. I have done it in my younger years.

gregschillerpark has his leads to close togeather and working in a river instead of a small pond.

one lead close to the shore the other out in the water, crank away and hope a fish is caught in between.

Re: How Does It Works?

I keep my megger and a couple of pieces of wire with questionable insulation on them, that need to be tested once in a while, in my boat. When I finish testing the insulation I use a net to fish with. What you guys never been fishing???

Re: How Does It Works?

JW, do want to include more information so there will actully be a chance it would be feasible? Cause that phone ain't gonna do it. :p

Re: How Does It Works?

JW and "Stars & Bars": I'm calling the Department of Homelake Security on you guys. :D

Re: How Does It Works?

Please cease and desist the attempts to electrocute fish - you will probably kill yourself before dinner is caught.

Failure to comply will result in injury and/or death:

None, of course. The NEC does not apply to rivers, nor to anything that floats on them or swims in them, nor to the manner in which a person operates electrical equipment.
