Hvac conductor sizing

The hvac information is 480v, 3phase, MCA=12, MCOP=15A

Are you comfortable to use 3#12 AWG + (1)#12 EGC on 15A breaker for Hvac??
 
Why not (be comfortable) ?
#12 may not be necessary as in most case #14 would suffice. If voltage drop is a consideration, #12 might be appropriate but in an event it's no problem.

My concern was actually on Nec 250.122 EGC for 15A breaker the EGC for CU is #14, so will it be ok to use #12 awg as the nec is the minimum and the EGC is not greater than the branch circuit
 
Actually if you read that Section carefully you will see IF you increased the phase conductors from the allowable #14 to #12 you would be required to adjust the EGC to a #12 also.
