One question. The bottom right breaker in the sub panel, the red conductor appears to be one leg of a multi-wire circuit on a single pole Arc-Fault, or is it just an extension of a short conductor? The first thing I look for when I see a red conductor in a panel with romex is the phasing of the legs.

Kitchen, family room, dining room gut job. New circuits afci.

Red wire is from 14-2-2 Romex. If you look closely the neutral on that breaker has a red stripe.

Seriously though, how did you make it the farther distance? It doesn't look like you moved the panel up that far, so ???


The pictures don't show that the new panels were moved up a few inches so that the service conductors would reach.

You're right, the 5X minimum bending radius is for the cable not the individual conductors. I thought that it applied to both. :rolleyes:
