If anyone else would like a copy of my Excel formatted estimating spreadsheet; please send an email to
You'll have to go through each sheet & check to make any changes manually for your company name and info.
Any changes in pricing and labor units shold be done in the Menu columns on the "Take-Off Sheet" (Scan Right). All labor units and material prices are based on a "Per Each" or "Per Foot" basis. There is no grouping of items for quote such as single labor unit/price for a duplex-plate-box. Everything is itemized.
This Exel spreadsheet "program" not only is an estimating sheet - but - a Project Tracker
for material actual cost, Employee Manhour costs and actual hours used, Billing, Change-orders, Addendums, Request for Information from GC & Arch., Demolition, FBO items, and so on.
DO NOT CHANGE any of the formulaes!
Happy Hunting and Good Luck!!
