when i was placed the copper bottom pot in the induction cooker surface it was rejected. actually copper is carrying medium electromagnetic waves. and its like transformer. but how it is ....

Induction cookers only work with pots that are made from magnetic materials such as cast iron or stainless steel. Copper is not magnetic so it will not work.

So, srinivasan, you started self-cooking. :)

And as to why your copper utensil did not work on your induction cooker is it has no appreciable eddy current or hysteresis losses for heating it and consequently the food you want to prepare.
