Guys, I have (2) questions need help:

1. Does electrical ground bar have to be installed inside electrical room? If not, are there any restriction from NEC?

2. If not inside electrical rooms, is there a spacing requirement between electrical conduit and duct work, other piping?

A separate ground bar, in the electrical room, is a design issue not an NEC requirement for general installations.

Do you mean an intersystem bond as in 250.94?
