Instant Water Heater GFCI protection

Instant water heater is 30 amps 120 volts. There are no 30 amp single pole breakers in stores. Need to run four circuits.

What is the best way to gfci protect the water heaters, can I share a neutral for 2 circuits and use a two pole 30 amp gfci breaker?

They should, as long as you wire them correctly.
