I'm listening to Bill Wattenburg (pretty cool guy, engineer) on the AM dial and an electrical contractor calls and asks him what he thinks this problem might be.
A couple of time he's ran into customers copmplaining about buzzing in "a" or "the" walls. Doesn't find anything. Figures probably a doorbell transformer or something. Ends up cutting the service over night (I don't know). Buzzing's still there.
What do think Bill says it was? I'll give you a hint, he says it's common.
