For a company to say we aren't paying you Overtime, we will give you comp time on the books? So for every hour of OT that you work they will give you 1.5 hours of straight time on the books that you can comp when you want. I just don't see how this can be legal without even giving us a choice. I personally wouldn't want the comp time and would rather have the extra money. What are your thoughts and does your company do this?
